These terms apply to Marketing OS at intentmarketing.dev. By creating an account you accept them. Contact: sinceritayarn@gmail.com.

The service

Marketing OS researches websites and markets with AI and helps prepare and edit promotional video. Some tools, including Neuro-montage, are in development and may change.

Your account

• Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• One person per account. Research and videos in your cabinet are visible only to you and to site administrators for support.

What you submit

• Submit only websites, videos and materials you have the right to use.
• You keep your rights to your materials and to the results made for you.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal, to mislead people, or to overload or attack it.

Fair use

To keep the service available to everyone, full research runs are limited per account per day. Demo mode is not limited.

AI results

Reports and scripts are generated by AI from public information and may be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts before you rely on them in business decisions or advertising.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
