Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy explains what data Marketing OS at intentmarketing.dev collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: sinceritayarn@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google, Apple or an email link we receive your email address and a user ID. From Google and Apple we request only your basic profile (name, email). We never see your passwords.
- What you submit. Website addresses you ask us to research, the reports we generate for you, and videos or scripts you send to Neuro-montage.
- Technical data. Server logs (IP address, time, pages requested) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
Your API keys
Research and videos run on API keys you add to your own account (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs), and those services bill you directly. We store the keys encrypted, use them only for requests you start, never show them in full and never use them for anyone else. You can remove them at any time in your account.
Videos you upload
Footage, voice-overs and music you upload for Neuro-montage are kept in a private storage bucket (Supabase, Frankfurt) that only your account can open. They are used only to edit the videos you order: the agents send speech to ElevenLabs for transcription and your brief to Anthropic Claude, on your own keys. Deleting an order deletes its files and the finished video.
Instagram and Facebook Pages
If you connect Instagram through Facebook Login, we receive access only to the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose in Meta's dialog, with the permissions it lists: reading the account and its statistics, and publishing the videos you approve. The access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish your approved videos and to read the statistics of your posts. We do not read your messages or personal profile beyond your name and account ID. You can disconnect at any time on the Channels page, which revokes the app's access at Meta and deletes the tokens, or remove Marketing OS in your Facebook settings (Settings → Business integrations). To have this data deleted, disconnect or write to us at the address below.
How we use it
- To create your account and keep you signed in.
- To run the research and video editing you ask for and show the results only in your personal cabinet.
- To send sign-in links and service emails. We do not send advertising and do not sell or rent your data.
Google user data
Marketing OS uses Google sign-in only to identify you. We use your Google email and basic profile solely to create and secure your account; we do not use them for advertising, do not transfer them to third parties except the processors below, and do not let humans read them unless you ask us for support. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who processes your data for us
- Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in (servers in Frankfurt, EU).
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini) — AI analysis of the public website content you submit, on the key you choose.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in and service emails.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: session cookies that keep you signed in (sf_at, sf_rt, sf_pkce) and a language preference (marketing_os_lang). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account and research stay until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Server logs are kept by providers for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, by writing to sinceritayarn@gmail.com. You can also revoke Marketing OS access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know.
